FLEXTOOL HEAVY DUTY CONCRETE VIBRATORS
The Flextool VP Series of Immersion Concrete Vibrators produce high frequency vibration allowing for the efficient compaction of low slump concrete mixes. Compaction improves the strength and finish of the concrete by driving out entrapped air. The epicyclic design of the VP series vibrator range generates high frequency vibration from a low flexshaft speed, the low speed of both the flexshaft and vibrator rotor results in longer service life. The rotor generating the vibration is supported by a heavy duty self aligning bearing and executes a pendulum motion. Vibration is greatest at the tip of the vibrator head.
FLEXTOOL EXTENSION FLEXSHAFTS
Flextool extension shafts extend the length of an existing submersible pump and concrete vibrators. Fitted with the same 60mm quick action coupling as the drive units, these extensions allow for quick onsite connection .
