Gripset 38FC
Water based, fast curing SBR latex membrane. Gripset 38FC is compliant to AS/NZS 4858:2004 and AS4654.1:2012, satisfying the requirements of AS3740:2010 and AS4654.2:2012 for waterproofing to internal and external areas.
Gripset 38FC is a next-generation, water-based, fast-curing, fibre-reinforced SBR latex membrane designed for waterproofing wet areas, showers, laundries, roofs, terraces, balconies, decks, concrete slabs and general structures that will be covered over with toppings, tile beds or overlay finishes. Gripset 38FC is compliant with AS/NZS 4858:2004 and AS4654.1:2012, satisfying the requirements of AS3740:2010 and AS4654.2:2012 for waterproofing to internal and external areas.
Gripset 38FC utilises the latest in fast-cure technology, enabling a recoat time of just 1 hour, a tile over time of just 4 hours, and a rain-resistant finish in only 4 hours. Flexible, elastomeric, and with low water vapour transmission properties, Gripset 38 FC is an ideal choice for domestic and commercial projects with time constraints that require fast turnaround times.
