Outstanding penetrating and adhesion properties once dried Primer H20 Plus will enhance the adhesion of overlaid coatings and finishes.
With its fast drying properties, this unique vapour barrier forms a unique colour-changing effect while drying. It is applied as a milky white liquid and creates a light green tinge during the drying phase before becoming clear in its fully dry state when it is ready to be overcoated. Unlike traditional vapour barrier coatings, once cured, the Primer H20 Plus will not change the surface properties of concrete and mineral surfaces, ensuring membranes and adhesives will bond as designed.
Primer H20 Plus can be applied to damp surfaces. In addition to performing as a vapour barrier on surfaces with residual moisture, it will prevent concrete carbonation, providing outstanding anti-degradation properties. When used on screeds and renders, it reduces the phenomenon of efflorescence forming in the mineral surface.

Substrates
Substrates suitable for application as a vapour barrier include:
- Concrete, masonry surfaces, renders, screeds.
- Concrete blocks and aerated concrete
- Cement sheeting, plaster board and general wet area linings
- Absorbent surfaces
Application and Coverage
- Apply 1 x coat at coverage of 1itre per 6-8m2
- Can be applied by brush, short/medium nap roller or airless spray
- Check porosity of surface with water droplet test. If droplets do not absorb, the surface is non-porous and will need to be prepared by grinding, etching or other abrasive means to open surface pores
- Primer can be overcoated once the film is clear and tack-free
