Geocomposite filter wrapped drainage pipe.

This panel-shaped, geo composite pipe is designed for rapid drainage on greens, fairways and tees, as well as other playing fields. With twice the soil contact area compared to that of a 100mm round pipe, Megaflo® will drain a given quantity of water about 60% of the time. Its unique design allows it to be laid flat, eliminating the need to trench.

   Megaflo® drains water from a green, bunker, or playing surface much quicker than traditional drainage pipes. This allows commencement of play almost immediately after a storm event. The rapid drainage throughout the course also decreases damage and maintenance costs.

   Megaflo®’s unique inner structure produces a high-strength product, which reduces the risk of installation damage from earthmoving machinery.
3. Filter Geotextile Attached:
   Megaflo® is supplied with a filter geotextile attached, reducing the infiltration of fine-grained soil particles into the pipe system. If required, the filter geotextile can be slit and unfolded to protect the Megaflo® from infiltration from soil below entering the pipe.
4. Reduced Installation Costs:
   Megaflo® is easily installed horizontally with minimal risk of installation damage, reducing costs through the ability to remove trenching details. Drainage on average-size greens can be installed in two hours.
5. Widely Used:
   Megaflo® has been widely used in golf courses around the world and is approved for use by the USGA for both the California Sand Green Profile and USGA Gravel Profile.
6. Complete Range of Fittings:
   Megaflo® is supported by a complete range of fittings to ensure the drainage system is connected efficiently to rapidly remove the water from the playing surface.
