Requirements:

The scope called for a high performance self adhesive membrane to eliminate pinholing and difficulties with maintaining accurate liquid membrane film thicknesses.

Solution:

Fosroc was chosen as the manufacturer due to their extensive experience with self adhesive membranes.

Surface preparation included the removal of any loose material or contaminants that may interfere with the bond of the self adhesive sheet membrane.

Fosroc Proofex 3100 and primer were then applied including intricate detailing . The Cross laminated High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) carrier
film of Fosroc Proofex 3100 ensures dimensional stability whilst allowing adequate flexibility during installation and service.
